nquiringminds were one of 10 finalists of an open call for techUK’s Cyber innovator 2022. nquiringminds pitched cutting-edge work in the cyber domain, next generation gateway technology which sits on a router and allows users to continually reassess the behaviour of devices on their network to dynamically assess their trustworthiness and security risk, alerting users to new or unusual behaviour patterns.
As well as an opportunity to pitch it was interesting to see the work other finalists have been doing and great to network with some of these other innovators in the cyber domain. Congratulations to the winner of the competition Cyberhive for their post-quantum secure cloud solution!
The subsequent event, the first ever Cyber Security Dinner hosted by techUK also presented a great opportunity to talk to other companies, organisations and individuals working in the cyber domain and broader cybersecurity landscape, with stakeholders such as NCSC, DCMS and DIT attending. Dr Ian Levy also gave a rousing final speech in his role as technical director of the National Cyber Security Centre.
