Providers of high-risk systems must inform users when interacting with AI and ensure that synthetic content is identifiable as AI-generated [3]. Deployers of synthetic content are also required to disclose its artificial nature [3]. Non-EU entities deploying AI within the EU must appoint an Authorized Representative to ensure adherence to local regulations [1].
