Digital Outcomes 7 (RM1043.9) is the Crown Commercial Service framework — the first let under the Procurement Act 2023 — giving organisations across every public sector access to agile development and user-centred design services, including individual Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) specialist roles. It is the successor to Digital Outcomes 6 and is managed through the Digital Marketplace, keeping a competitive, SME-friendly route into public-sector digital delivery.
