The Wessex Academic Health Science Network (WAHSN, since rebranded Health Innovation Wessex) connected the NHS, academia and industry across the Wessex region to spread health innovation.

Relationship

Collaborative research between WAHSN and NHS bodies produced the workforce-substitution models used in NQM’s CareFlow, and Wessex health bodies (HEE Wessex, Wessex Clinical Senate, Wessex AHSN) underpinned NQM’s later Care Workforce Analytics tooling.
