IIFPT
The Indian Institute of Food Processing Technology (IIFPT), Thanjavur — renamed the National Institute of Food Technology, Entrepreneurship and Management, Thanjavur (NIFTEM-Thanjavur) in 2021 — is a national research and academic institute under India’s Ministry of Food Processing Industries. It carries out research, teaching and industry outreach in food processing, post-harvest technology and food engineering.
