Cyber-security consultancy for a commercial customer using secure data technology

A small commercial cyber-security engagement.

The Challenge

iCure is a small commercial engagement recorded in NQM’s Cyber sector. The customer — like most small and mid-sized organisations buying cyber expertise — will have needed specialist security capability that is uneconomic to maintain in-house; NQM provides such capability through short, focused commercial engagements built on its secure data platform expertise.

The Solution

A scope clue from Drive: the iCure project folder (May 2017) contains “iCure v3.xlsm” alongside subfolders “Cyber Security Cohort 1” through “Cohort 7”, suggesting the engagement involved structured assessment/analysis across cyber-security cohorts (e.g. an accelerator or training programme). A separate later Drive folder “iCured” (2019) also exists. INPUT-NEEDED: confirm the precise scope, customer and deliverables — available public sources do not describe an NQM “iCure” project, and the name should not be confused with the unrelated “ICURe” university commercialisation programme.

Outcomes

The engagement was delivered as a short commercial contract, with NQM as the sole delivery party recorded.
