nquiringminds have taken part in a mission to Colombia as part of the Prosperity Fund offering organised by the FCO. The five day trip included several workshops on business opportunities in Colombia as well as networking events with local and international firms. During the visit nquiringminds exhibited at CCI, Colombia’s premier infrastructure convention.
The Prosperity Fund is part of the UK government’s overseas development strategy; the fund aims to promote economic growth and reform in partner countries in order to reduce poverty and inequality. Colombia is one of three priority partners for the fund and will receive £25.5 million over a period of four years in the areas of agriculture, smart cities and rail. With experience in agri-tech and smart cities nquiringminds is well placed to take part in these projects are will be looking to partner with companies on the Prosperity Fund framework.
